To maintain and grow current and new business relationships/partnerships in alignment with contracted growth and profitability targets

To ensure successful implementation of the Black Intermediary Development Initiative and identify, develop, support and grow the number of black brokers

To manage a portfolio of business through analysis, interpretation and decision-making while building effective relationships with business partners both internally and externally.
