Processes involve collection of data through to capturing, checking, processing, reconciling and reporting; for control and communication to the client.
·         Actively manage the team and processes with the objective of maximising productivity and delivering excellent service, in line with prescribed turnaround times.
·         Provide an excellent service to our clients by acting to minimise errors, adhering to turnaround times and ensuring communication is proactive, accurate and recipient-friendly, and on time.
·         Control work on hand; daily analysis & prioritisaiton, and allocation of resources; to ensure turnaround times are adhered to as determined by legislation and service level agreements.
·         Map out processes; thoroughly understand steps, sequence, risks and required controls.  
·         Attend to complex queries which require your knowledge and skill, or those that have been escalated.
·         Ensure compliance with procedures and checklists, and in turn, fund or product rules, financial controls and legislative requirements; and update procedures as and when necessary.
·         Handle processing of errors and omissions, i.e. system and market corrections, including analysis and prevention of recurrence
