General Terms of usage of Jobsinsurance.co.za
This document sets out the General terms and Conditions governing usage of the Jobsinsurance.co.za Website.

You should read these terms in full before accessing or using any of the information and services available on Jobsinsurance.co.za. In accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in full. These terms may be amended from time to time and become effective upon publication on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms on a regular basis. These terms of use form a legally binding contract and in the continued use, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

Usage of the Jobsinsurance.co.za website is exclusively for jobseekers with experience in the insurance/ financial services sector and employers/recruiters recruiting in the insurance/ financial services sector.

All rights to, and in the content of the Jobsinsurance.co.za website are reserved and retained by the owners of such rights. Users are not granted a license or any other right including without limitation under copyright in or to the content, All data stored in the database is copyright protected and is the intellectual property of Jobsinsurance.co.za.

All services on this website that facilitate applications for employment to jobseekers are free of charge.

Prices of all other services could change without notice. All invoices from Jobsinsurance.co.za must be paid within 7 days of invoice date. All users accept that an online selection, or email request of a payment package or plan, and activation thereof makes them liable for payment of the selected fee on invoice. All fees are per month and are based on a per user basis. Users are billed monthly and 1 month's notice of termination in writing is required. Activation and/or usage of a package or plan constitutes a contracted acceptance of the payment package or plan.

Employers may only register as Employers and not as Recruitment Agency, .Recruitment Agencies may only register as Recruitment Agency and not as Employer and Jobseekers may only register as a Jobseeker.

All information contained on this website is for the purpose of recruitment only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any other purpose (this includes but is not limited to the user of advertiser contact details for unsolicited commercial correspondence). Jobsinsurance.co.za grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free right to use the content and information from this website for recruitment use only under the limitations outlined by copyright and other proprietary notices. Users may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this website including code and software. Users may not harvest the Jobsinsurance.co.za content (or any part thereof) through the use of automated retrieval robot, screen scraper or similar technology for the purpose of data mining, data gathering or extraction of information for establishing, maintaining, advancing or reproducing information contained on Jobsinsurance.co.za on your own website or in any other publication, except with our prior written consent.

 Usage of Jobsinsurance.co.za is at your own risk and Jobsinsurance.co.za may not be held liable, in any way, for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of the website. Jobsinsurance.co.za is not a recruiter, employer, placement/employment agency or labour brokerage and shall not be responsible for any agreements or decisions resulting from the advertising of jobs, CV's or any other information obtained through the website. Jobsinsurance.co.za does not endorse or recommend any of the employment opportunities advertised on its website. Jobsinsurance.co.za will not be held responsible for the accuracy of any information contained on job advertisements, CV's or Profiles. Jobsinsurance emails registered users from time to time of matters that are deemed to be of importance to it's users, and the user accepts that this is not regarded as spam.

Jobsinsurance.co.za, its suppliers or any other third party on this website, shall not be liable for any damages of whatever nature for bodily, material or moral injury, including, but not limited to lost profits, or damage resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the website and the material, whether based on warranty, contractual or extra-contractual liability, or any other legal matters, whether or not Jobsinsurance.co.za is advised of the possibility of such damages.

To become a user of Jobsinsurance.co.za, you may be requested to provide a password and login name, or you may be issued one by Jobsinsurance.co.za. Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information. Furthermore, users are responsible for all uses and activities that occur under the login whether authorised by the user or not. In the event that a user suspects unauthorised or suspicious usage or breach of security of the login, the user should notify Jobsinsurance.co.za immediately. Passwords may be altered. Disclosing or sharing your password with any third party is prohibited.

When registering with Jobsinsurance.co.za users will be asked to provide the website with certain information. Users agree that any information provided under the use of Jobsinsurance.co.za as part of the Profile, CV database or any other services provided by Jobsinsurance.co.za through the website shall be accurate and under no circumstances shall contain inaccurate, misleading or deceitful information. Posting of any incomplete, false or inaccurate information is therefore prohibited.

Should any of these terms be breached by a user, Jobsinsurance.co.za, at its sole discretion reserves the right to remove, without notification, any material (CV's, Profiles or Job Advertisements) from the website or to suspend, alter or terminate user registration and access to the website without notice. In the event of this, all payments made by the user shall be forfeited.

The posting of any information onto Jobsinsurance.co.za that is obscene, offensive, vulgar, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, sexist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or embarrassing, or which may cause annoyance, anxiety or inconvenience to another user or any other person or entity is prohibited, as is posting a sexually-explicit image or statement , posting advertisements or solicitations of business, posting chain letters or pyramid schemes or that impersonates another person.

Jobsinsurance.co.za provides no warranty that the services generally available through its website shall remain uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected. Furthermore, Jobsinsurance.co.za does not guarantee that all files made available for download through the service or delivered via email will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that sufficient measures are in place to offer relevant protection or to satisfy the accuracy of data input and output. Where links and pointers have been provided by Jobsinsurance.co.za to other third party websites, these links are provided without endorsement by Jobsinsurance.co.za. Jobsinsurance.co.za is not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites and does not make any representations regarding the content and accuracy of materials on such websites. Jobsinsurance.co.za offers no guarantee with regards to the continued availability of job advertisements and as such may not be held responsible for any job vacancies being filled by the advertiser/recruiter prior to being removed or expired from the website. While Jobsinsurance.co.za makes every effort to ensure that job advertisements are legitimate employment opportunities, we offer no guarantee that every advertised job is an actual job vacancy. Jobsinsurance.co.za is unable to guarantee or verify the authenticity of user identities. In the event that a dispute may arise between users, Jobsinsurance.co.za is released from any and all claims, demands and damages of every kind that may arise from our direct or indirect connection with such disputing parties. Users therefore agree that they are solely responsible for the accuracy of any content, CV's or other related information placed on the website. Advertisers / Recruiters are solely responsible for their postings on the website and Jobsinsurance.co.za shall not be held responsible for any employment decisions made by any entity posting jobs on the website.

Jobsinsurance.co.za does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of communications and information posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. Users acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at their own risk. Should any part of these terms be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the validity of the remainder of the terms shall not be affected. Your use of Jobsinsurance.co.za is solely at your own risk and subject to all applicable laws governed by South Africa. Should users outside of this jurisdiction access the website, they do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

Users are prohibited to attempt any violations to the security of Jobsinsurance.co.za including, but not limited to an attempt to interfere with the host or network by submitting a virus to the website, overloading or spamming, forging of TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting or by accessing information not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorised to access.
